The Digestive system:Â Helps to relieve painful digestion, flatulence, colic and indigestion.
The Nervous system:Â Sedative, useful during states of anxiety.
The Respiratory system:Â Due to antiseptic property, can be useful in treating respiratory, infections such as bronchitis.
The Skin:Â Can heal dermatitis including acne, psoriasis and eczema, oily complexion.
The Urinary system:Â A valuable antiseptic, treats inflammations and infection with e.g. cystitis and urethritis.
Psychology of:Â Uplifting and yet can be calming depending on what you blend it with. Clary sage and Bergamot would tend to be calming whereas Bergamot and Eucalyptus could be stimulating. Can be refreshing and uplifting, during depressive states.
